The Living Room Corpse (4/5/23)

A letter is delivered.

Violet arrives home and notices the letter, grabbing it and opening it up

She is fully expecting a pipe bomb

The letter has a wax seal with a pickaxe and the letter reads 

"Due to your actions against The Kiss, we have decided that if you are reported doing such actions again a destroyer force will be deployed to your location and your death will soon follow

Signed Jade"

Violet rolls her eyes, pocketing the letter, walking back inside and laying on the couch

Violet finds herself unable to move. All lights turn off.

Violet try's to move her eyes looking around in a panic

There's something vague next to the couch, but her vision's too blurry right now. A buzzing voice is distant, but it sounds vivid. It's repeating a phrase, but she can't make it out.

Violet try's to speak but her mind is to distorted in this moment to do so, she try's her best to hear what is being said and is trying her best to attempt to move

Violet's vision clears up. There's an unclothed female human carcass sitting upright, head and arms seeming to have been removed with no trace of them. The wounds aren't bleeding. The buzzing voice seems to grow louder as she looks to it.

Violet feels drawn to it.

Violet looks at it, still holding that curious spark in her even after being brainwashes. She wants to touch it, to hold it, as she try's to move towards it

Violet can. The buzzing voice grows louder.

Violet try's to hear what the voice is saying, moving closer to the figure, and is about 2 feet away from the them.

It's loud. Not doing her understanding of it any favors. The corpse smells like lavender.

Violet try's to find a sweet spot of where she understand the voice

Violet can only move closer to the carcass, her legs remaining on the couch.

Violet moves closer

Violet feels the urge to scream.

Violet try’s to hold back but then screams, confused and concerned on the sudden fright

Violet can't scream.

Violet moves closer to the carcass, at this point her arms are making contact with it. It feels warm.

 Alive

Violet is scared but most of all confused on who this is and what is going on as she try’s to move closer if she can at all

Violet blacks out. She'll wake up on the couch later, the lights all on,  the corpse gone.

Violet wakes up with a startle, jumping up and searching for whatever in the worlds that was

“What in the bloody hell was that…”

Violet’s walking, trying to get a grip of her emotions. She stops as she sits by a tree  Violet holds her head “Stop… just breath… just breath…” Hinata enters the forest for a jog. After some time passes, she sees Violet sitting near a tree.  "Oh hey Violet!" she waves. Violet looks to Hinata as remnants of tears drip down her face “O-Oh! Hey Hinata! Hope you are doing well?” Hinata faces her and tilts her head on seeing her sad face.  "I'm well. Just gettin' some trainin' done. I wanna be a better fighter for Lulu. Getting absolutely rekt by Oleander last week got me fired up. But uh, what's wrong?" “Hm? Me? An Outpost Visit (11/8/22)

Violet lands at the outpost but she has some trouble landing as she gets used to her wings again She brushes her gray hair out of her face as she looks around the outpost, expecting the smell of weed to hit her face due to what she has read about the locals here As Violet lands on the outpost, a... tornado siren goes off? It's loud. Violet can hear someone scream "BREACH! BREAAACH!" as multiple people crowd Violet. They don't sound happy. "Woah woah woah! Hey I'm friendly! I talked with Otto! That should count for something?" Violet puts her hands up in a non-threating way Someone taps on Violets shoulder.
