A Cat Of Trades (11/23/22)

 Violet had grabbed a map and claimed a room of operations in the house instead of just using the living room, and has hung the map on the wall and circle important places and locations

Theres a knock on Violet's door.

Violet moves towards the door as she opens it

“Hello?”

There's a tiny catlike creature standing upright with fur darker than the night, bright white eyes with slit pupils, no mouth visible. They're wearing a cloak and a large backpack.

"Hello!!!!! Can i come in :3 can i can i ?! :3333"

Violet is confused but will play along for whatever the cat person wants

“Um sure?”

Violet gesture a greeting to come inside

“So what’s your name?”

"I am but a weary nomadic merchant and i wish to sell my goods!!" they strut in, their backpack seeming quite heavy on their back. "Would u like to look thru my items 4 sale??? :3 :3"

“Sure! Let’s see what you got!”

Violet looks curious, wondering what goods the stranger might have

They open their bag to reveal some Magical Potions, some trinkets, and what looks to be a pill bottle full of familiar pills, and a security camera with the catacombis logo.

"Take a looksie!!!!!"

Violet looks at everything and looks the cat dead in the eyes and says with a serious tone

“I’ll buy your whole stock”

"Okieee... but it'll cost ya.... ONE HUNDRED DABLOONS!!!!!!" They hold up their paws, fingers outstretched.

“Uh dabloons? Shit Um… I have money like dollars… or items for trade?”

"No, no," they shake their head, "Gotta be dabloons!!!"

Violet thinks for a moment

“Wait- I might have some, what do they look like again?”

They dig into their bag and take out a golden coin-like thing.

"ONE HUNDRED DABLOONS for my entire stock!!!!"

“Alright! Give me a second.”

Violet grabs a stack of paper from her room and cuts about a 100 or more circles as she colors them all golden, trying to make them look like a dabloons to her best

She makes her way back to the cat

“Now you see, I have these squished dabloons that are much more profitable in my opinion, what would you say for these?”

"Hmmm lemmie see...."

They jump up and nab a paper-bloon, looking over it. They put it in their mouth and bite down on it, and notices its paper.

"Oooh a sneakie one u r... Tryna pull a fast one on me!!" They put the paper down.

"DABLOONS ONLY!"

“Fine fine.”

Violet thinks

“What about 2 to 3 favors? I heard a favor is stronger and more profitable then any money or dabloons can buy.”

“We can shake on it”

"I only take dabloons! :3"

“Look I’m gonna be honest I don’t have any dabloons, do you know where I get some?”

"Ohhhh deary me Oh me oh my!!" They put their things back in their bag, "You don't have any dabloons!? Come now come! We will set up a shop for you in Dabloonia! Grab some things you'd like to sell!"

“Alright!”

Violet grabs her satchel containing some of her personal items and her notebook to take notes in, she grabs some food from the refrigerator and a vase, hoping they sell good

“Ready!”

The cat walks up to the door, claws a symbol into it, and whispers something. The door becomes bronze in color and opens to a dark forest with a beautiful night sky. There appears to be a small town in the distance.

"Come now!"

Violet takes note of the symbol as she follows the cat

The cat begins leading Violet through the woods, the occasional owl being heard within the trees. There's some feral cats sleeping within the trees as well.

Violet looks around, admiring the sights as she stays close to the cat

They eventually reach a small town full of cottages, cabins, and shops. 

"I can help u set up a booth if ya want!"

Violet is almost as tall as some of the houses.

Violet watches her footing as she looks to the cat

“Of course! That would be lovely!”

"I think theres some empty ones for rent this way!"

The cat leads her down a road, ending up at a town square type area with many booths with cats selling items. There's a couple empty ones. 

"Here we go!! Ill pay for ya, but just this once!" The cat walks up to another cat wearing a turtleneck and hands them... FIVE DABLOONS!!! And points to Violet, seemingly telling the guy she wants to sell stuff. The other cat nods. The cat walks back.

"All yers! Happy selling, traveller!"

“Why thank you!”

Violet sets up shop as she places the vase and food for display as well as some personal items from her bag; a broken mirror, a tarot card deck, and her pink flower crown from so long ago

The cat walks away, off to sell some goods.

Violet waves bye to the cat as she waits for anyone to buy anything from her trinkets 

Cats begin showing up and buying things for their various prices. She soon has well over 100 dabloons!

She wraps up her shop as she head over to the cat’s shop

The cat has their wares spread out on a treestump on the outskirts of the town square, by some trees.

"Heloo traveller :3"

Violet holds out the Dabloons

“Got what you needed!”

"Thank you, traveller!" They hand Violet all their trinkets, potions, pills, and the camera.

Violet nods to them

“Pleasure doing business with you!”

Violet quickly waves them goodbye as she try’s to make her way back to the door as she walks though, heading home

PILL RESEARCH RESULTS

Seem that the pill bottle is a mix of a, b, and c R053 pills.

I tried looking to see if I could find a way to make a R035 terminal but to no luck.

More research is needed

MAGIC POTION RESULTS

There seems to be two magic potions. One is a healing potion. The other a sticky potion that will be useful with sticking to walls.
